"Please don't make the same mistake I made. I interviewed three real estate agents four months ago. Although their presentation was impressive, I listed with a big company realtor who promised me the world. They listed two homes in my subdivision and sold them. Last week, my home expired with the other realtor, so I relisted with Chris. Today, my wife and I signed a contract. For four months, my wife and I had to clean our house in the morning, eat out for dinner, and chase down our realtor. We received low offers because our previous agent didn't work hard.
